This site is informational and has no forms collecting personal data. We only process the data you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp to handle your enquiry or booking.

To answer your enquiries and manage bookings (basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and your consent). We do not carry out profiling or automated decisions.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Recipients
Bookings are handled through Guesty and Airbnb, which act as controllers or processors under their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@rentalme.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
